Job Description

The Portfolio Management Head is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s product and service portfolio strategy. This role ensures that offerings remain competitive, revenue-generating, and aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, GTM execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive sustainable growth, maximize customer value, and enhance market leadership.

Portfolio Strategy and LIfecycle Management
- Define and execute a comprehensive portfolio strategy that aligns with business goals, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Ensure product/service differentiation by maintaining a competitive edge through innovation, feature enhancements, and strategic positioning.
- Develop and oversee lifecycle management plans, including product introduction, growth, maturity, and retirement.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to optimize offerings and value propositions.
- Oversee portfolio governance frameworks, ensuring seamless execution of new product launches, feature updates, and service discontinuations.

Monetization & Pricing Optimization
-Define and implement monetization strategies, including bundles, pricing models, and tiered offerings to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value (CLV).
-Introduce dynamic pricing models, usage-based pricing, and loyalty-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
-Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to track profitability, pricing elasticity, and market positioning.
-Align pricing structures with business targets while ensuring affordability, competitive advantage, and value realization,

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization
- Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate and real-time performance dashboards, tracking key metrics such as revenue contribution, adoption, churn, and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly assess and optimize underperforming products/services, leveraging data-driven decision-making to refine positioning and offerings.
- Implement AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate market shifts and optimize strategies proactively.
- Provide business recommendations to leadership based on data insights, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.

Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Expansion
- Oversee strategic partnerships that enhance portfolio value (e.g., device manufacturers, fintech players, digital service providers).
- Establish co-marketing and co-branding initiatives to drive service adoption and increase market reach.
- Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce new business models and revenue streams.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party services into the portfolio to enhance customer engagement and experience.

GTM Strategy & Execution
-Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring strategic alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.
-Define target customer segments, messaging frameworks, and promotional strategies to maximize adoption and conversion.
-Ensure seamless customer experience integration, optimizing engagement across all channels (retail, digital, sales).
-Oversee campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, and engagement analytics to refine GTM strategies.
-Partner with CX, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure proper positioning, value articulation, and customer education.

Leadership & Team Enablement
-Lead, mentor, and develop the Portfolio Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
-Foster a customer-centric and data-driven culture, empowering the team to innovate and execute effectively.
-Establish talent development plans, ensuring a strong pipeline of professionals who can drive portfolio growth and market leadership.
-Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
