What does this job do in general?
The role of the Associate Advisor is to support and assist the Advisors and Sales Effectiveness team to provide the highest standard of service and care to all clients and customers, ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services.
The main duties of the role are to ensure the company’s management systems are accurately updated with all necessary and appropriate information on a timely basis and collect all necessary documentation, to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis to avoid delays.
