Overall Job Purpose:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines to produce high-quality packaging materials for food products.
- To ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the printing process while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in printing technology or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a printing or packaging company.
- Knowledge of printing processes, techniques, and equipment, including offset, flexographic, or digital printing machines.
- Familiarity with printing materials, inks, and substrates used in food packaging applications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to detect and correct printing defects and inconsistencies.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve printing machine issues and malfunctions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php550.00 - Php900.00 per day
