- Graduate of Vocational/Technical graduate
- With at least 6 months to 1 yr’ experience as Process Technician
- Computer literate
- With good presentation skills
- With strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Technical knowledge in specific process/tool.
- Knowledgeable in 8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, and other Process Tools like Minitab or JMP.
