JOB REQUIREMENTS
✨Bachelor degree
✨With 5-years’ experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay
process
✨With 3 years’ experience in leadership role
✨Amendable to work fully on site in Naga City
✨Can work in nightshift schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✨ Will be responsible in handling escalated and complex customer service issues,
ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
✨ Track and report service performance, contributing to strategic financial results within
their area
✨Identify work-related issues, investigate causes using available methods or resources,
develop and suggest alternative solutions for continuous improvement
✨Assist in the development strategies and establishing operational goals, collaborating
closely with the Delivery Manager.
✨ Train team members on process changes and updates, ensuring team members are
aligned with current best practices.
