Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Sourcing & Management
- Source contractors, local suppliers, and international vendors/contractors based on project requirements.
- Maintain and update a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.
2. Procurement & Negotiation Support
- Assist in all pre-sales and procurement processes including canvassing, proposal gathering, and initial vendor negotiations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and vendor comparisons for endorsement to Senior Procurement Officer for final review and approval.
3. Project & Site Support
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper mobilization of manpower, deliveries, and equipment.
- Monitor the progress of Cebu-based projects and report updates to the Manila Procurement team.
4. Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, documentation, and procurement records.
- Assist in other administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the Procurement Department.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related courses.
2. With 1–2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
3. Background in procurement and construction is required.
4. Willing to undergo training in Manila before being assigned to Cebu.
5. Must be based in Cebu and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
8. Has initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
9. Willing to conduct occasional site visits within Cebu and nearby project locations.
