We are seeking a Procurement Associate to join our team at Friday Skin Beauty Co. in Malolos City, Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations by efficiently managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and other vital supplies.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to secure the best pricing and terms for the company
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with agreed-upon specifications
- Maintain and update the company's procurement database and inventory management systems
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in our procurement practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement activities and spend
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with supply chain best practices and industry regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
