DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative and cost-efficient procurement strategies
- Identify, evaluate, and engage dependable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and vendors
- Review and assess existing contracts to ensure continued suitability
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with suppliers
- Approve purchase orders and coordinate the timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct risk evaluations for potential contracts and agreements
- Manage the procurement budget and advocate for cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare and present procurement related reports
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or any related course
- At least 5 years of experience in a construction company as a Purchasing or Procurement Officer
- Must be able to communicate effectively with local and international suppliers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned at CLARK Pampanga
- Can start immediately
