POSITION: PROCUREMENT OFFICER
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any program related to business, arts, science or engineering required.
- Minimum 2 years in logistics and sourcing experience
- Has supply chain or purchasing background
- Knowledgeable in construction materials and manufacturing equipment parts is a plus
- Knowledge in QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do tasks assigned with minimum supervision
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Canvas and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal value on duly approved requisitions.
- Prepare and execute of plans from sourcing, payment to delivery of equipments, services, and supplies in coordination with key stakeholders (ie. accounting, drivers, suppliers)
- Ensure that quarterly consumables are replenished.
- Monitor deliveries and receipts from branches
- Secure all invoices, delivery receipts, OR / CR needed to process payments and close transactions.
- Ensures that the accuracy and quality of supplies are within company standards.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Assist Procurement manager with issues such as expediting deliveries, researching and inquiries, receiving, and/or pricing issues.
- Work with management to complete duties as needed.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
