As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll implement procure-to-pay strategies, support strategic sourcing, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement for Operations and Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify qualified vendors and evaluate proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for assessments and cost analysis.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive cost savings
- Familiarity with ISO standards related to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Information Security
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
