Procurement/ Purchasing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Technology, or Travel Management
- 3–5 years of experience supporting corporate programs (preferably travel, Procurement, Finance or Shared Services)
- With experience in SAP Concur (Travel & Expense), Workday, ServiceNow, or related enterprise systems
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tracking tools
- Working knowledge of corporate travel operations and expense workflows
- Experience supporting large-scale projects, RFPs, or transformation programs
- Experience with credit card program administration or Travel & Expense audit processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in liaising with global stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Open or willing to travel international as required
Hybrid set-up, twice a week WFH, 3x a week onsite.
