A Product Consultant – Roving at SMEG Philippines is responsible for providing expert product knowledge and customer service across various retail locations. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating SMEG products, and ensuring a consistent brand experience in different settings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Greet and assist customers in understanding SMEG products, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.
•Showcase the functionality and features of various SMEG appliances, ensuring customers grasp the value and benefits of each product.
•Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, process orders, and follow up on customer leads.
•Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
•At least college lever (2nd year)
•2-3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or product-related roles is advantageous.
SKILLS
•In-depth understanding of SMEG's product line, including features, benefits, and usage.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
•Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.
•Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets.
•Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various retail locations as needed.
