As a Product Development Associate at M2M Medical Trading Inc', you will play a crucial role in the research, design, and development of innovative medical products. This is a full-time position based in Cainta Rizal, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic goals and drive the evolution of its product portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs and trends within the medical industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop new product ideas
- Design and test prototypes, gathering feedback to refine and improve product features
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on project progress and milestones
- Support the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring successful market introduction
- Continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Product Design, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product development or project management, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into innovative product solutions
- Proficient in using design and prototyping tools, as well as data analysis software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality control processes in the medical device industry
- Passion for driving product innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions
