Position Overview:
- The Product Reconciliation Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of internal and external reports, ensuring that discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
Skills and Requirements:
- Graduate of any Accounting-related course, such as BSA, BSMA, BSAT, or BSIA with solid knowledge on reconciliation and roll-forward analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large sets of data and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, resilient, and con work independently.
- Resilient and can work independently.
- Highly reliable and can be trusted
- Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig (Hybrid Work Set-up)
Job Description:
- Receiving, verifying and analyzing internal and external reports for reconciliation.
- Perform reconciliation and roll-forward analysis of partner accounts/wallets.
- Monitor and track discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Ensure that all product reconciliation activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure product information is aligned and accurate.
- Continuously assess and enhance the reconciliation process to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Additional adhoc tasks as may be needed by the business.
