D&G is seeking an organized and resourceful Production Assistant / Live Operator to support our production team in creating high-quality content. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations during pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Assist with scheduling meetings, rehearsals and production timelines.
- Source, organize, and prepare production materials, props, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and talent for logistical needs.
- Inventory Management for partner brands
Production
- Support on-set operations, including setting up equipment, managing props, and organizing the workspace.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments (e.g., account management, creatives and operations).
- Monitor schedules and ensure production timelines are adhered to.
- Technical Setup: Ensure streaming equipment, lighting, and audio are properly set up for high-quality broadcasts.
- Track Performance: Monitor viewer engagement, sales conversions, and feedback to improve future sessions.
- Handle errands such as meal runs, supply pickups, or on-set deliveries.
Post-Production
- Organize and label raw footage, scripts, and other materials for the editing team.
- Assist with administrative tasks like creating reports, logging expenses, or managing files.
- Coordinate feedback sessions and distribute revisions to the appropriate teams.
- Responsible for fulfillment of in-house product orders
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Lark) and familiarity with production tools.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, stand for extended periods, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes (camera setups, lighting, sound).
- Experience in video editing or familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut).
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, creative environments.
Work Conditions
- Must be amenable to reporting onsite daily at D&G Studio, located in Kai Garden Residences, Dansalan, Mandaluyong City.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, based on production needs.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including studios, on-location shoots, and outdoors.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
