JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or any Engineering course.
- At least 2-3Year(s) of working experience as Assistant Supervisor specialized in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 & 14001, IATF 16969 and VDA
- Required Skill(s): Make Decisions Under Pressure, Time Management, People Person, Computer Literacy, Problem solving
- Preferably resident of Calamba, Cabuyao or nearby town.

- Conduct Meeting to Leaders - Operators
- Ensure target output, production quality are met.
- Preparation and submission of reports, daily, weekly and monthly
- Other task may be assigned by the Immediate Head
