Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee supplier acquisition and negotiation, manage events and activation projects, serve as the on-ground project lead, and ensure that all projects are reported on and budgeted for properly. The Production Manager will also be responsible for sustaining the supplier and project database, creating a project checklist, and handling all project budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier acquisition and negotiation for all marketing projects.
- Oversee all events and activation projects, ensuring that they are executed effectively and on time.
- Serve as on-ground project lead, managing teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and to standard.
- Produce regular reports on the status of marketing projects, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain the supplier and project database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Create project checklists to ensure that all aspects of each marketing project are being addressed and completed.
- Handle all project budgeting, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that projects stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the events industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
