Job Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise day-to-day operations in the machine shop
✅ Coordinate with machinists, operators, and QC to meet production targets
✅ Monitor work schedules, output, and maintenance of equipment
✅ Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed
✅ Train and guide production staff as needed
✅ Assist in troubleshooting production issues
Qualifications:
✔ At least 3 years experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setup
✔ Strong knowledge in conventional and CNC machining processes
✔ Good leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
✔ Willing to work on-site and handle a team
