Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Machinery: Setting up, adjusting, and running production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output.
• Monitoring Production: Observing the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established standards.
• Quality Control: Performing regular quality checks on products and materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor equipment malfunctions, and reporting major issues to supervisors.
• Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication, to ensure smooth operation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production records, including data input and tracking of production output.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other operators and team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Skills Required:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery, including troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully monitor production processes and identify any deviations from standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11,700.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
