Job Description:
- Operate production machines extrusion and tumbler
- Transfer, load and pelletize raw materials and pack finished goods
- Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting under supervision
- Perform machine cleaning, changeover and set-up
- Report to superior on any problems encountered in production, relating to security, health, safety, quality and equipment
- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organizational objectives
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience in operation of injection/extrusion and mixer in the plastic industry
- Can read and understand machine parameters like temperature, pressure and rpm
- Able to perform basic extrusion machine changeover, cleaning and set up
- Able to lift 25KG of dead weight repeatedly
