Key Responsibilities:Production Control:
- Develop, update, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate schedule changes and priorities to production teams and other relevant departments.
Control Staff Duties:
- Track production outputs against targets and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of production statistics, including inventory levels, order completion status, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support quality assurance processes by helping ensure all outputs meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine and preventive maintenance without disrupting production.
