- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate delays or changes in demand.
- Prepare and analyze production performance reports (e.g., output, efficiency, and downtime).
- Communicate regularly with production, logistics, and sales teams to align planning with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate production planning data in ERP or MRP systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and inventory management.
- Resolve any issues related to production delays, material shortages, or capacity constraints.
