Qualifications:
· At least High School level
· Must be creative, flexible, hardworking and can do multi-task
· Customer service oriented
· Open to Flexible Schedule (week end, holidays), and long working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Mixes, kneads and shapes dough for bread
· Cuts dough into uniform portion
· Places pans of dough into oven to bake
· Removes baked products from oven
· Cleans bakery utensils, equipment and work area as needed
· Performs other duties in the kitchen as maybe prescribed
· Secures confidential information and documents
