- Responsible to hit the set target output of each machine and continual improvements to increase production output.
- Responsible for general production operation like implementation of Company Rules and Regulation (CRR) and Set Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
- Responsible for labor resourcing and absence management.
- Responsible for general house keeping and continual improvement activities.
- Responsible for reallocating tasks or rescheduling production, where necessary.
- Responsible for having an ability to make immediate decisions and time for mature reflection and critical moments. (Although advice may be available from personnel at different departments, it may not be immediately available).
- Responsible for production plant or equipment effeciency, especially when taking technical decisions on regular basis, whereas in others they may call upon maintenance or other technical staff for backup when necessary.
- Conducts Quality Meetings with all key persons on each departments/sections to discuss quality issues and programs.
- Secure the machine functionality and maintain the machine to utmost condition .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or relevant field.
- Strong Supervisory Skills
- Proficient in Production Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
