Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support field operations, recruitment, and client coordination in the Bulacan area. The role involves overseeing manpower deployment, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting day-to-day HR activities in assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower needs and deployment
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and endorsing applicants for client assignments
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor attendance, performance, and compliance
- Facilitate documentation, onboarding, and HR-related transactions
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the head office
- Handle basic conflict resolution and employee concerns
- Support in identifying leads or new potential clients in the assigned areas
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business, HR, or related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in project or field coordination
- Must have own motorcycle and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organizational, and people-handling skills
- Willing to be assigned in multiple locations within Bulacan
- Experience in manpower or cooperative setup is an advantage
Assignment areas include Hagonoy, Malolos, Pulilan, and nearby towns in Bulacan
This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
