Plontur Group seeks an organized, results-oriented, and resilient Project Lead. This role requires a seasoned Landscape Architect with 3-5 years of experience in the landscape design and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Leading projects from start to finish
- Produce high-quality design deliverables, including sketches, 3D models, rendered perspectives, construction drawings, specifications, and presentation decks.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and client expectations.
- Conducting client calls, meetings, and site visits to gather project requirements and build strong relationships.
- Conducting project presentations with clients and other consultants.
- Ensuring the success of the project by coordinating and collaborating with the internal teams
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Landscape Architecture industry
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction methods, and materials
- Ability to drive to project sites is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
