Responsible in maintaining the assigned property development (landscape, cleanliness, utilities, other services) within the required budget and in providing amiable service to homeowners.
- Ensure proper briefing and orientation to the Security Group
- Overseeing the strict monitoring of adherence to the village rules, restrictions, etc.
-Briefing and information to homeowners and tenants regarding the village rules, restrictions, etc
-Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
-Conduct of meeting with HOA regarding subdivision updates.
-Graduate of any (4) course college degree.

-Must have at least (1) year experience in warehousing and supply chain. Computer proficient in MS Office and Negotiation Skills, Oral and Written Communications, Attention to Details and Organized, People oriented, Team Player, And Loyal to Organization.
