Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to deliver business benefits using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage corporate initiatives such as business integrations, system migrations, and carve-outs.
- Oversee governance of projects within programs and portfolios, including prioritization, resources, budgets, and sponsorship.
- Apply Agile practices (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) or Waterfall stages (requirements, design, testing) based on project scope.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and workflows.
- Support solution architecture and troubleshoot technical or process-related issues.
- Track and resolve project-related issues; document risks, decisions, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to building and improving the Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
- Measure and report on business benefits through portfolio, program, and project execution.
- Enhance project delivery with value-added services (change management, process reengineering, data analysis, business analysis).
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders using Agile or Waterfall reporting tools.
- Facilitate integration review meetings and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Build strong relationships with business units, IT, and leadership to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of project management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferably in business process or system migration projects).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies.
- Experience in business case development, contract management, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across global teams and multiple time zones.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, CSPO, or equivalent).
