Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategies and programs targeting employee retention in a BPO setting
- Manage a team of 20-30 people, providing firm leadership, making quick decisions, and pushing for the adherence to the company policies and goals.
- Engage in regular fieldwork to assess the effectiveness of operations
- Participate in various meetings with clients and other agency partners
- Manage and track regular project billing by coordinating with the concerned parties and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to provide performance improvement plans to stabilize team productivity and employee discipline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO setting
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Can work in a hybrid setup
