PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, establishing, and managing information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. S/he is also responsible for ensuring timely and effective:
- Coordination of internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Delivery of projects’ committed value on-time, within scope and within budget. Major Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Act as a scrum master for Agile or hybrid implementation projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.
- Develop and maintain project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
- Establish and monitor program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
