You will focus on executing strategic initiatives that align with our annual strategic plan. This remote, offshore position will play a crucial role in delivering transformation projects that enhance our BPO service delivery capabilities and drive measurable business outcomes for our insurance industry clients.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in BPO, financial services, or insurance industries
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level strategic initiatives with budgets exceeding $100K
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for KPI tracking and reporting preferred
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred)

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
