- Proven experience as a phone technician or in a similar role.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone technology, operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android), and applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
