Job Summary:
The Proposal Coordinator – Solar Projects is responsible for preparing, revising, and managing solar energy proposals for residential, commercial, or industrial clients. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and professional proposals that meet client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized solar proposals based on site assessments, customer needs, and system specifications.
- Revise existing proposals as needed, incorporating feedback from sales representatives or clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to gather the necessary data for accurate proposals (e.g., energy usage, system size, pricing, financing).
- Ensure proposals comply with company standards, local regulations, and customer expectations.
- Maintain proposal templates and documentation to reflect the latest pricing, products, and policies.
- Track proposal status and follow up with clients or sales representatives to move opportunities forward.
- Assist in developing presentation materials and proposal-related content as required.
- Communicate technical and financial information clearly and effectively to clients.
- Stay up to date on solar industry trends, pricing changes, and incentive programs that may affect proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php200.00 - Php250.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
