Administer psychological and neuropsychological assessments (e.g., IQ tests, personality inventories, achievement tests, developmental scales).
Score and process test data accurately using standardized methods and digital systems.
Ensure standardized administration procedures to maintain test validity and reliability.
Conduct clinical interviews or collect relevant history for assessment purposes.
Observe and document client behavior during testing sessions.
Prepare detailed, organized, and professional test reports for review by licensed clinicians.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client records in accordance with HIPAA or relevant data privacy laws.
Coordinate with clinical teams regarding test schedules and client follow-ups.
Assist in research, data analysis, or case documentation as needed.
Stay updated on new psychometric tools and trends in psychological assessment.
