Atleast 5 years of PR and partnerships eperience preferrably with global companies
A PR agency eperience is a plus.
Function:
Lead the creation of a comprehensive PR plan aligned with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
Manage and eecute the PR plan from start to finish.
Possess a thorough understanding of the local media landscape.
Handle all media relations activities and engagements, including press releases, media events, and maintaining relationships with media and partners.
Demonstrate etensive eperience in creating press releases, conducting interviews, and developing media kits.
Monitor and track the performance of all PR efforts, with a deep understanding of their impact.
Leverage industry memberships and continuously scout for new opportunities.
Secure strategic speaking opportunities, ranging from school talks to regional events (e.g., SEA conferences).
Obtain thought leadership opportunities, such as editorial columns or providing epert commentary on relevant topics.
Establish strategic partnerships with schools, industry bodies, government institutions, and NGOs for well-integrated, long-term collaborations.
Secure brand partnerships that elevate the brand, such as official merchandise and CSR partners.
Collaborate closely with agencies to plan and evaluate PR performance. Strong initiative to take the lead.
Collaborate closely with internal business units to promote employer branding
Collaborate with different people network groups for amplification of their activities and stories
Proactively generate ideas to increase brand awareness (eternal) and brand love. (internal)
Strong eperience in crisis communication and community engagement.
Skills:
Strong stakeholder management skills.
A powerful storyteller with strong business acumen.
A proactive, creative and data-driven team player.
Preferably eperienced with market research tools, such as social listening.
