The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.

- Identify and source suppliers for goods and services based on company requirements.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Place purchase orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Address any issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, or discrepancies.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to manage the supply chain efficiently.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and ensure the organization stays competitive in terms of cost and quality.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
- Contract Negotiations:
- Negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, supplier communications, and transactions.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports for management.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and control purchasing costs to stay within budget.
- Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IE or any business course, preferably with procurement-related experience, willing to be located in Tangub, Ozamiz City. Computer literate and with good communication skills.
