Qualifications:
-Graduate of Bachelor/College degree in: Business Studies/Administration/Management, -Commerce, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.
-Have at least one (1) year working experience as purchasing in an auto dealership or similar industry is a plus but not required.
-Trainable and open to multi-tasking.
-Computer proficient, especially in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
-Must be detail-oriented, organized and adept in handling documents.
-Willing to be assigned at GAC Motor Matina at L3 B2 South Road, Ma-a, Davao City.
Job Description:
-Sourcing and Research:
Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their offerings to find the best value for the company.
Willing to canvass prices outside the office and/or visit suppliers from time to time.
- Order Management:
Creating and processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels.
-Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
-Enter details (vendors, quantities, prices).
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as finance/accounting, human resources, service and sales, to align purchasing activities with overall organizational goals.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of Procurement Processes:
Understanding of the purchasing cycle, and inventory control.
Monthly Salary: From Php 14,000.00 (negotiable).
