Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement or logistics support, including vendor coordination and documentation. Ability to follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, quotations, and required documents.
- Familiarity with catalog or price list updates and item tracking. Knowledge of purchase order (PO), delivery receipt (DR), and receiving report (RR) processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for procurement or document tracking.
- Strong coordination skills with both external suppliers and internal teams for order follow-ups and compliance. Comfortable managing multi-department collaboration and follow-through on pending issues.
- Knowledge of procurement-related compliance requirements (e.g., BIR forms, DOLE/BOC documentation). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured process environment.
