Job Qualifications;
- Candidate must possess College Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field, preferably in Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as advantage
- Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
Working Schedule :
- Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area
- Willing to work on shift duty (day shift/night shift)
- Willing to work on holiday duty if needed
- Willing to work in six (6) days a week
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production;
- Audit of quality standard parameters on production line if being followed. Maintains standards by verifying test results and audits comply with food safety regulations and requirements;
- Knowledge in food safety, Halal, ISO or FDA regulation are advantages.
- Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with good laboratory practices (GLPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Monitor certain raw material consistency, ageing and expiry; Daily production sample collection, aging test, water activity
- Develops regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
- Knows in-house laboratory testing of pH, moisture content, viscosity, fineness, texture analysis, total solids & the likes.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
