Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer or related technical degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete quality control, including mix design and laboratory testing.
- Strong knowledge of DPWH Blue Book standards, ACI codes, And ASTM test methods.
- Proficiency in concrete mix proportioning, statistical process control, and troubleshooting of quality issues.
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to be assigned on-site and conduct field quality checks as necessary.
