The Radiologic Technologist / Admin Support is a dual-role position responsible for performing high-quality radiographic imaging procedures and supporting the daily administrative operations of the clinic. This role requires excellent patient care skills, technical competency in radiology, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:Radiologic Technologist Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (e.g., X-rays) as ordered by physicians following established protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure proper positioning of patients to obtain accurate and high-quality images.
- Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment regularly.
- Observe radiation safety and infection control practices at all times.
- Support physicians in reviewing imaging results and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and educate patients regarding imaging procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Administrative Support Duties:
- Welcome and assist patients with registration, scheduling, and general concerns.
- Maintain and update patient records using the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and document filing.
- Coordinate appointments, patient follow-ups, and referrals.
- Support billing, insurance claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and office supply management.
- Provide clerical support to physicians and management as needed.
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and renewal of select clinic permits, licenses, and regulatory documents (e.g., business permits, radiation safety certificates, health licenses).
- Liaise with government or regulatory agencies for compliance-related matters under the direction of the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Radiologic Technologist license (e.g., PRC license in the Philippines); BLS certification preferred.
- Experience: Experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating radiologic equipment and using EMR and office software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, initiative, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
