We are looking for a detail-oriented Raw Materials Issuance Checker to ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials for production. The role includes coordinating with production teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following proper warehousing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with supervisors and operators to ensure timely raw material availability
- Accurately record and track material weights and movements
- Enforce FIFO/FEFO issuing and monitor material age in production
- Ensure removal of foreign objects and minimize damage during transfer
- Maintain 100% stock availability at staging areas
- Keep work areas clean and comply with safety standards
- Review, encode, and submit accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any 4 year course
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in warehousing)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Honest, hardworking, and adaptable
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
