We are in search of an experienced Real Estate Photo Editor. The candidate must be able to present a Real Estate Photo editing Portfolio. He/she must also have the necessary equipment/ software used in Editing. The pay will be PER PHOTO EDITED basis, salary will be in US Dollars.
Technical Requirements:
Personal Computer/ Laptop, with 16-32 GB RAM, running on Intel i5 or higher.
Internet speed should be at a minimum of 30mbps.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other editors and the team members to identify photography needs
- Review photos, edit, and make necessary changes
- Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools
Skills
- Proven work experience as a photo editor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts and equivalent (Preferred but not required)
- Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (1 to 3 years experience)
- Strong photo editing skills and an excellent portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, studio management, and color composition
- A creative mind with an eye for detail
- Time-management and leadership skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Can work in US Time (CST)
