The Recreational Attendant is responsible for supervising guests in recreational areas such as arcades, play zones, and game areas. The role involves ensuring safety, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth operation of games and attractions to create a fun and safe environment for all visitors.
Educational Background:
- At least High School Graduate; college level is a plus.
Work Experience:
- No experience required; experience in customer service, sports facilities, or events is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Friendly and approachable, with strong customer interaction skills
- Can assist customers in using virtual golf equipment and systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills for digital screens or golf simulators (training will be provided)
- Can help maintain cleanliness and order in the lounge area- Team player with a proactive attitude
Personal Attributes:
- Physically fit and energetic
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Willing to learn and adapt to tech-based systems- Good grooming and presentable appearance
Others:
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
