1. Sourcing & Attracting Candidates
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Creating and publish compelling job advertisements on various platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
2. Screening & Interviewing
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Administering pre-employment assessments or tests as needed.
3. Coordinating the Hiring Process
- Serve as a key point of contact between candidates and hiring teams.
- Managing interview feedback and facilitating the decision-making process.
- Negotiating job offers, salary, and benefits with candidates.
