Job Description:
As the Recruitment Branch Manager for the Iloilo office, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all recruitment operations in the region. You will ensure that the branch meets its recruitment targets, complies with company policies and POEA regulations, and provides excellent service to applicants and clients. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of overseas manpower recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Iloilo branch office
- Plan and execute local recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Oversee applicant screening, interviews, and documentation processing
- Ensure compliance with POEA and company standards at all times
- Lead and motivate branch staff to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Build relationships with local training centers, schools, and government units
- Prepare regular performance and activity reports for the Head Office
- Coordinate closely with Head Office for manpower requests, deployment, and employer requirements
- Resolve issues or concerns from applicants in a timely and professional manner
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in overseas recruitment or manpower agency operations
- With 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and POEA processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
- Based in Iloilo

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
