Role Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Supervisor to lead a high-performing sales team, drive commercial strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals. This role will be responsible for refining sales approaches, monitoring market trends, and mentoring future leaders within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support commercial teams to meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, market shifts, and customer behavior.
- Implement strategic commercial initiatives for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial planning, team supervision, and sales operations
- Senior High School graduates may be considered for field requirements
- Basic math and conversational English required
- Must have a valid motorcycle or car driver’s license
- Must be willing to work in the field (not office-based)
- Must be willing to relocate and reside within 20 km of San Fernando or Bohol
