Role Purpose
The regional manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of all stores within a specific geographic region. This role ensures alignment with business goals, drives sales and profitability, manages area teams, and implements company strategies to ensure consistent customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Area Managers/Store Managers across the region
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, standards, and procedures
- Analyze regional performance metrics and prepare strategic reports
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and quality
- Support new store openings and expansion within the region
- Partner with HR for staffing, training, and performance management of store teams
- Manage regional budgets, P&L accountability, and cost control initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have a managerial work experience in sales – fashion/apparel industry, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-area leadership role
- Dynamic, energetic, can work under pressure and with strong leadership management.
- With strong communication and analytical skills
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and sales
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
