Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extract open tickets and CMA (Corrective Maintenance Activity) lists as basis for daily team deployment.
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit hourly reports and End of Day (EOD) reports to management.
- Assist the Operations Team Leader and/or Supervisor in the immediate restoration of damaged fiber secondary facilities within the agreed SLA.
- Assist in the full implementation of CMAs and ensure documentation of completion.
- Provide regular updates to PLDT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) through emails, calls, and chat communication.
- Support the Operations Team Leader/Supervisor in dispatching teams and closing tickets in the OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud) system.
- Update and maintain all required reports and records.
Qualification/s:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in telecom operations, fiber network maintenance, or technical coordination preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with OFSC or other field service management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to work as a reliever
