Job Summary:
Drive sales, distribution, and collection goals for Regional Distributors through proactive coordination and route-rides.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and develop new distributor accounts.
- Visit and support assigned distributors regularly.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets by securing orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Distributor Account Coordinator or Salesman in FMCG.
- Willing to train in Manila for a month.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with local territories.
Personality:
- Sociable, on-the-go, and fieldwork-ready.
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills:
- Local dialect proficiency and driving skills (optional).
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,500.00 per month
